Professional experience

Ryan Stoll is the National Director of Seniors Housing and Care, with a decade of expertise in real estate lending and a track record encompassing over $2 billion in transactional experience, solely in seniors housing. Prior to this, Ryan served as Executive Director of National Senior Living at Fifth Third Bank, and had production responsibility for the successful launch of the National Senior Living Vertical at Fifth Third. In his final two years with Fifth Third, Ryan originated, structured, negotiated, and closed over $1.2 billion in bridge and construction loans with a particular emphasis on transacting with many of the “ASHA Top 50” institutional investors, operators, and developers of seniors housing and care real estate across more than 20 states in the continental US. This production earned Ryan President’s Circle honors at Fifth Third as one of the bank’s top producers.

Prior to Fifth Third, Ryan served as Vice President of Healthcare Real Estate Finance at Commerce Bank originating over $300 million in seniors housing and skilled nursing bridge and construction loans, nationally. Ryan is an active member of the National Investment Center for Seniors Housing and Care (NIC) and American Seniors Housing Association (ASHA).

Ryan’s civic involvement has included healthcare funding allocation committees for the United Way, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and Fundraising committees for the National Jewish Health Respiratory Hospital in Denver, CO. In addition, Ryan and his family have enjoyed numerous rewarding mission trips through their church locally and globally. In his free time, Ryan can be found on the golf course, the ski slopes of the Rockies, playing the piano, and traveling with his lovely wife, Sofia, and his children, Graham and Sybil.
