Ty Blue joined BWE as a Vice President in 2022.

Ty is responsible for structuring debt opportunities on all asset types from an array of capital sources including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, life companies, banks, CMBS, and debt funds. Ty also provides advisory services for his clients on acquisitions and dispositions.

Prior to joining BWE in 2022, Ty was an Associate Director at Berkadia for 2 years. During his tenure at Berkadia, Ty was directly involved in real estate transactions nationwide from a variety of capital sources. Before his time at Berkadia, Ty was a Research Associate at the CoStar Group, the leading provider of commercial real estate information and analytics, where he was responsible for establishing the multifamily rental database following the acquisitions of Apartments.com.
