Paul Wallace joined BWE as a Senior Vice President in 2022.

Paul specializes in providing financing solutions for commercial real estate owners throughout the Mid-Atlantic. With over 19 years of mortgage banking experience, Paul’s primary focus is arranging debt and equity financing for a broad range of income-producing asset types including multifamily, retail, office, medical office, hospitality, self-storage, and industrial properties. Paul has deep lending relationships through a wide range of capital sources including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, life companies, pension funds, CMBS, debt funds, and banks.

Prior to joining BWE in 2022, Paul was a managing director at Berkadia for 7 years in a similar role and started his mortgage banking career at Walker & Dunlop in 2003.
