Professional experience

Logan is an Assistant Vice President at BWE. Originally from Minnesota, Logan earned his bachelor’s degree in real estate from the University of St. Thomas, where he was a four-year member of the varsity football team and served as President of the school’s real estate society.

After graduating in 2020, Logan joined BWE, where he has been a valuable member of the team ever since. Prior to BWE, he interned at several multifamily development firms in Minneapolis. In 2023, Logan furthered his expertise by earning a master’s degree in real estate from DePaul University in Chicago.

Since joining BWE, he has played a crucial role in financing over $1.5 billion in real estate transactions across all asset classes.
