Professional experience

J. Tyler Blue joined BWE as an Executive Vice President in 2022. Tyler specializes in commercial and agency financing as well as equity placements for clients nationally for multifamily, office, industrial, retail, self-storage, and hotel properties.

Prior to joining BWE, Tyler was a Senior Managing Director and the head of the Mid-Atlantic Capital Markets Group for Berkadia. Before Berkadia, Tyler was an Executive Vice President and head of Walker & Dunlop’s Mid-Atlantic Capital Markets Group.
