Professional experience
Conor is a Senior Vice President at BWE and joined the company in 2014. Conor’s role at BWE includes building and maintaining borrower and lender relationships as well as sourcing and underwriting new financing opportunities. Since 2014, Conor has structured, underwritten, and closed debt transactions totaling more than $7 billion with various capital sources including life insurance companies, commercial banks, conduits, and government agencies including Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae. Conor has provided financing on behalf of customers for various property types including multifamily, office, self-storage, industrial, retail, and parking facilities.
Conor began his career at PNC Bank in Columbus, OH working as a commercial banker in their Middle Market & Corporate Finance group. While at PNC Bank, Conor managed a portfolio of clients that was comprised of large, privately held, and publicly traded companies. In this capacity, Conor provided his clients with various bank product solutions such as revolving credit, term loans, loan syndications, letters of credit, tax-exempt bonds, and heavy equipment floor-plan lines of credit.

Conor is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and holds a dual Bachelor of Arts and Science degree in Business Administration and Economics. Additionally, Conor holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Business School.
