Professional experience
A.J. joined BWE as a Senior Vice President in 2024 where he specializes in providing financing solutions for a broad range of commercial properties, multifamily, mixed-use, industrial, retail, self-storge, hospitality and office throughout the Midwest and US.
Prior to joining BWE, A.J. was with MSF Real Estate Capital and Walker & Dunlop where he was on a team that structured and closed equity and debt transactions with a total capitalized value of more than $6 billion.
A.J. has closed loans with several different capital providers including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, life insurance companies, FHA, CMBS, debt funds and commercial banks. He advises clients on acquisitions, dispositions, investment analysis, equity and JV structuring and property valuations.
