BWE Investment Sales, LLC (BWEIS), the investment sales organization that works closely with BWE, a national commercial and multifamily mortgage banking company, announced today that Tony Hong has joined the firm as a Vice President for seniors housing. Boasting over 15 years of experience in seniors housing investments, development, capital markets, and advising, he will work closely with Charles Bissell, Senior Vice President for seniors housing, to grow BWEIS’ seniors housing investment sales platform in partnership with the seniors housing debt team led by Ryan Stoll, National Director for Seniors Housing and Care at BWE.

Over his career, Hong has honed his investment and operational expertise during his tenure at various best-in-class operators. Most recently, Hong was Senior Vice President of Acquisitions and Underwriting at Cogir Senior Living, where he was responsible for new acquisitions and development opportunities. Prior to that, Hong served as Vice President of Investments & Acquisitions at Clearwater Living and as Director of Acquisitions at Senior Resource Group.

Hong received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Stanford University and is involved in the National Investment Center or Seniors Housing & Care (NIC) and is a Future Leaders Council alumnus.
