Professional experience

William has more than 40 years of professional experience in commercial mortgage banking, covering all facets of the business from loan originating and structuring to closing and servicing. He has served in various capacities with the Mortgage Bankers Association and International Council of Shopping Centers. A long-time resident of Birmingham, William is well-known and highly regarded by his clients in the Birmingham community. His lending relationships are deep, particularly his life insurance company relationships, where the majority of his business is placed.
