Professional experience

Weston is a Senior Vice President at BWE focused on raising capital for single-tenant and corporate properties. Weston has over 25 years of real estate experience including capital markets, corporate banking and client roles.

Over his career, Weston has been responsible for the origination, structuring, diligence, documentation, and distribution of over $18 billion of credit tenant lease, real estate term loan, sale-leaseback, build-to-suit and synthetic lease transactions for owner-occupied and single-tenant properties.

He has experience with a broad range of property types including corporate headquarters, warehouse/logistics, manufacturing, healthcare/medical office, retail, restaurant, convenience store, data center, power plant and rocket launch facilities.

Prior to joining BWE Weston served as an Independent Consultant dedicated to the real estate needs of Access Healthcare, a privately held physician practice group in FL that operates over 200 locations. Reporting jointly to the CFO and Head of Real Estate, he worked in active partnership with the Company to identify operational efficiencies, improve CAM recoveries, reduce insurance costs and establish new budgeting and property performance benchmarking protocols.

Weston previously served as Head of the Corporate Real Estate Solutions group at Regions Capital Markets. Before joining Regions, he spent eighteen years as a senior leader in Wells Fargo’s Corporate Net Lease Capital Markets group where he was responsible for assisting the bank’s Corporate and Commercial clients with their real estate leasing and financing needs.
