Professional experience
Victor leads the Mid-Atlantic team for BWE’s affordable multifamily mortgage loan activities and is based in the company’s Raleigh office. He originates bridge and permanent debt financing for multifamily rental property transactions, primarily in the central and Mid-Atlantic regions. Victor specializes in transactions involving the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit and has established a strong network of relationships with some of the largest affordable housing developers in the country. When Enterprise’s Multifamily Mortgage Business merged with Bellwether Real Estate Capital in 2012, Victor was appointed senior vice president.
Prior to joining Enterprise in 2004, Victor spent two years originating and underwriting construction loans as vice president of Bank of America’s Community Development Lending group. Between 1997 and 2002, Victor worked for various real estate development companies in Chicago where he specialized in structuring complex multi-layered financing plans for affordable housing projects. These included tax-exempt bond and HOPE VI transactions.

Victor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from University of Richmond and a Master’s in Urban and Regional Planning from University of Pittsburgh.
