Professional experience

Tyler’s role at BWE includes building and maintaining borrower and lender relationships, as well as sourcing, underwriting, and structuring new financing opportunities. Since 2017, he has been involved in closing over $2 billion worth of debt with various capital sources including life insurance companies, fannie mae/freddie mac, commercial banks, CMBS lenders, and debt funds. Transactions have included development, acquisition, bridge, and permanent financings across all product types with loan sizes ranging from $1 million to $120 million.

Tyler started his mortgage banking career as an intern with BWE’s Columbus team prior to moving to Los Angeles, CA where we continued his career with BWE as an analyst.
