Professional experience

Thomas Mazlo spent 17 years with Maher Commercial Mortgage, LLC, a division of Wells Fargo Commercial Mortgage, prior to BWE acquiring Maher Commercial Mortgage in 2020. As Senior Vice President, Mr. Mazlo has originated permanent, bridge, and construction debt throughout the United States with life insurance companies, agencies, CMBS, banks, and funds. Mr. Mazlo began his real estate career at CoStar Group, where he was Director of Research for the East Coast. In his spare time, Mr. Mazlo enjoys traveling and creating family memories with his wife and three daughters.
