Professional experience

Taylor is a Senior Vice President and Principal at BWE. Taylor has more than nine years of experience in commercial real estate finance having joined BWE in 2010. He has experience in underwriting, structuring, negotiating, and closing complex financing transactions across an array of real estate asset classes and markets. Taylor has structured and closed capital transactions totaling more than $1 billion. This includes debt and equity investments in multifamily, industrial, retail, office, senior housing, manufactured housing, self-storage, infrastructure and mixed-use projects with institutional investors such as life insurance companies, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, CMBS, debt funds and commercial banks. Taylor also advises clients in acquisitions, dispositions, investment analysis, equity and joint venture structuring, loan modifications and property valuation.
