Professional experience

Summer joined BWE in 2024 as a Production Analyst and currently serves as a Transaction Manager in the Denver office. She supports the execution of commercial real estate debt transactions through financial underwriting, preparation of lender marketing materials, and coordination of the loan closing process. Summer works closely with both clients and lenders across a variety of asset types, including office, industrial, self-storage, retail, multifamily, and mixed-use properties. Since joining BWE, she has contributed to the closing of over $160 million in commercial debt transactions sourced from a diverse group of capital providers, including life insurance companies, banks, and CMBS lenders.
