Professional experience

Stefanie has 15 years of experience in transaction management, underwriting, closing, and now originating commercial real estate loans with a team producing $1.5 billion annually across all property-type assets. In addition to financing multifamily, retail, office, and industrial assets, Stefanie has specific expertise in financing manufactured housing communities.

Prior to joining BWE Stefanie worked at Berkadia Commercial Mortgage for 7 years which started when Keystone Commercial Capital was acquired by Berkadia in 2014 where she started her commercial lending career in 2007. In the years prior to joining Keystone Commercial Capital, she owned and managed several independent businesses in Phoenix, Arizona.
