Professional experience

Shreya is vice president and originator at BWE. Shreya is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with borrowers and lenders, as well as sourcing and underwriting new financing opportunities. During her time at BWE, Shreya has been directly involved in the structuring, underwriting, and closing of debt and equity transactions totaling over $1 billion with various capital sources. In addition to industrial and retail, Shreya has specific expertise with multifamily properties.

Prior to joining BWE in 2018, Shreya was a commercial underwriter at Armada Analytics, where she underwrote multifamily, student housing, and senior housing loans for Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae.
