Professional experience
Scott Graham joins BWE with over two decades of experience in commercial real estate finance and relationship management. While he has extensive experience across all property types, his specialization is in construction finance. Most recently, Scott served as Senior Vice President, Relationship Manager for Investment Real Estate at First National Bank of Pennsylvania (FNB), where he built a de novo loan portfolio from the ground up into the largest in the Mid-Atlantic Region.
Prior to FNB, Scott spent five years at Cardinal Bank (and United Bank by way of merger) as Vice President, Loan Officer in Commercial Real Estate Lending. Earlier in his career, Scott held Portfolio Manager roles at TD Bank in both Commercial Real Estate Lending and Government Contractor Lending. He began his career as a Senior Investment Analyst at John Hancock Financial and a Senior Account Executive at CapitalSource Finance.
Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and History from the University of Virginia. In his free time, Scott enjoys spending time with his young family, exploring the outdoors, traveling, playing sports, and serving on the board of a local 501(c)(3).
