Professional experience

Based in Dallas, Texas, Schaeffer Rees is a member of BWE’s Affordable Production team. He joined BWE in 2021 and has since gained valuable experience in various roles, including Associate on the FHA Analytics team and Senior Production Analyst. In his current position, Schaeffer supports production efforts in structuring Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and USDA loans.
