Professional experience

Ridge is a senior vice president and principal at BWE and has more than 16 years of experience in commercial real estate investments. Ridge is responsible for debt and equity origination for all property types, including commercial, industrial, multifamily, student housing, senior housing, hospitality, and self-storage. His expertise includes advising, negotiating, structuring, underwriting, and originating capital for commercial real estate projects via a wide array of capital sources.

Prior to joining BWE, Ridge worked in a similar capacity as a vice president at Capital Advisors, Inc. Prior to Capital Advisors, Ridge worked at Wachovia Securities in Corporate and Investment Banking providing coverage for the Media & Entertainment industry. Ridge began his career with The WM Company, a subsidiary of Deutsche Bank, in Edinburgh, Scotland.
