Reina Kapica is a Transaction Manager based in the Denver office at BWE. She has over seven years of experience in real estate and supports an origination team, Anthea Martin and Cindy Hannon, that specializes in loan origination for both market rate and affordable multifamily properties, with an emphasis on FHA/HUD, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac.
With a background in ground lease negotiations, acquisitions, and project management, Reina brings a detail-oriented and analytical approach to supporting the BWE team. She is eager to contribute to mission-driven work that expands across access to safe, stable, and affordable housing. Additionally, Reina is a real estate investor herself, further enhancing her understanding of the business and commitment to the industry.
