Professional experience

Peter Keepper has over 30 years of tenure in commercial real estate and multifamily debt and equity placement. He joined CBRE out of college and spent 7 years in investment sales before working for two family office investors doing acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, and financing. He spent the past 22 years at Essex Financial Group as a Partner before joining BWE. Peter has closed over $2 billion of debt and equity transactions with diverse investors including banks, insurance companies, debt funds, agency, and private lenders. He specializes in financing retail, office, industrial, multifamily, and self-storage.

Peter attended the University of Denver and graduated with a B.S.B.A. degree in real estate construction management and finance in 1990. He has 2 daughters and enjoys his free time skiing, fishing, playing golf, and riding.
