Professional experience

Paul Rastelli joined BWE as a Senior Analyst in 2023. He manages all aspects of underwriting and supports producers through the placement and closing of commercial real estate financing transactions. Since joining BWE, Paul has underwrote and helped close more than $700 million of debt and equity transactions.

Prior to joining BWE, Paul worked as an analyst at Jade Capital, a boutique commercial mortgage brokerage, and Altus Group, a global commercial real estate valuation firm.
