Professional experience

Nick has 20 years of underwriting, asset management and workout experience within banking and commercial real estate. As the Director of Special Services and Heightened Surveillance, Nick and his team oversee many of the complex borrower consent requests across the entire $45 billion Servicing Portfolio. Additionally, the team monitors loan maturities, past due payments, the watchlist reports and monitor catastrophic events that impact the loan portfolio.

Prior to joining BWE in May of 2017, Nick worked at National City/PNC Bank where he spent time in small business lending, corporate underwriting and commercial real estate. As an Asset Resolution Specialist, Nick managed a distressed commercial real estate portfolio of loans ranging from less than $100,000 to over $300,000,000. This portfolio covered all asset classes and from coast to coast. This entailed extensive analysis, negotiations and recovery of substandard-performing loans.
