Nick Harb joined BWE as a Senior Vice President in 2024 from Walker and Dunlop. Nick specializes in providing financing solutions for a broad range of commercial properties including multi-family, retail, office, industrial, and self storage throughout the southeast and midwestern US. With over 17 years of commercial real estate experience, Nick has deep knowledge and experience to assist clients with structuring debt and equity transactions.
Nick began his career in 2007 as real estate analyst with Wells Fargo Bank. At Wells Fargo Bank, Nick spent time in Winston-Salem, San Francisco, and Charlotte doing construction financing, loan workouts, structured finance, and CMBS. His primary focus during his 10 years at Wells Fargo Bank was originating CMBS loans across the eastern half of the US. In 2017, Nick joined Pinnacle Bank in Nashville, Tennessee to help grow their Freddie Small Balance originations business. During his 6 years at Pinnacle, he originated over $1 billion of Freddie Small Balance loans, and in 2021 was the nation’s top Freddie Mac Small Balance producer across all seller servicers. In 2023, Nick joined Walker and Dunlop where he placed bank, life company, conventional agency, and CMBS loans for his clients. Over his career, Nick has financed over $2.5 billion of construction, bridge, and permanent loans with government agencies, banks, Wall Street conduits, debt funds, and life insurance companies.
Nick is married to Christine Harb, and they have three children, Sam, Maggie, and Miles. Nick is actively involved in the Nashville community, an enthusiastic youth baseball coach, loves golf, playing music, and an active member of Christ Presbyterian Church.
