Professional experience

Mike is a member of the origination team at BWE placing multifamily, manufactured housing, commercial, and hotel loans with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, life insurance companies, and CMBS. Mike has direct experience closing immediate permanent loans, forward commitment/rate lock, and bridge financing. With nearly 25 years of experience, his background gives clients a unique perspective in real estate lending.

Prior to BWE, Mike originated commercial loans for Towle Financial Services, beginning in 2003. Prior to Towle, Mike was an Assistant Vice President with Nomura Securities CMBS group in New York, NY, a Vice President with Lehman Brothers CMBS group in New York, NY and a Vice President with Wells Fargo Bank CMBS group in Minneapolis, MN.
