Professional experience

Michelle has nearly 7 years of experience in the commercial mortgage banking industry. As Assistant Vice President and Transaction Manager, she is responsible for supporting production needs and maintaining client relationships for the Philadelphia office of BWE. She served as a Financial Analyst at Wells Fargo Commercial Mortgage before the company was acquired by BWE in 2020. During her time within the industry, Michelle has underwritten and assisted in closing over $2 billion of commercial real estate debt transactions all over the country with various capital sources including life insurance companies, agencies, CMBS, debt funds, and banks. She has underwritten a variety of product types including multifamily, industrial, office, retail, manufactured housing, self-storage, hospitality, and parking structures. Michelle is also an elected member of the mPact Production Advisory Committee, MBA’s network for young professionals in the real estate finance industry.

Previously, Michelle was an Investment Analyst with NorthMarq Capital and later worked in retail leasing for Metro Commercial.
