Matt has 28 years of experience in commercial real estate finance, loan origination, underwriting, and portfolio management. As the leader of BWE’s Greenville production office, he brings a focused approach to solving the debt needs of his clients. Specialties include acquisition financing, retail properties, and complex ownership structures.
Over his career, he has originated over $3 billion in debt and equity with over 40 different institutional lenders including banks, life insurance companies, securitized lenders, Fannie/Freddie/FHA, private lenders, and debt funds. Matt has financed all property types including retail, office, multi-family, industrial, hospitality, self-storage, and land.
