Mason Hoge is a Transaction Manager focused on loan origination support and developer relationship management at BWE. With five years of experience in affordable housing and multifamily finance, Mason has held multiple roles across the firm — structuring over $800 million in agency debt on the Agency Structuring team, closing over $100 million in Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac transactions in Affordable Underwriting, and now serving on the Affordable Production Team.
Prior to joining BWE, Mason held various roles in marketing and sales.
