Professional experience

Malcolm is a Vice President at BWE.

Malcolm joined BWE in 2021 as part of the acquisition of Phillips Realty Capital where he served as a managing director. Prior to joining Phillips in 2019, Malcolm served as a director at Ladder Capital Corp where he was responsible for the origination and structuring of fixed-rate securitized, balance sheet, and mezzanine loans. Malcolm began his career in real estate investment banking at FBR Capital Markets (now B. Riley Financial, Inc).
