Professional experience

Based in the greater Washington, D.C. area, Lundat is responsible for originating commercial real estate loans with a focus on senior living and multifamily housing properties. Lundat has nearly a decade of experience in real estate financing including the structuring and closing of senior housing, hospital, and multifamily debt with permanent as well as bridge financing sources.

Prior to joining BWE, Lundat was at Love Funding where she served in various roles that included the credit assessment of senior living and multifamily debt opportunities and all aspects of hospital loan financing.

Lundat considers her integrity; timely and well-researched responses; and ability to evaluate transactions from various angles to provide optimal financing solutions to her clients to be her main strengths. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, reading, fitness, and spending time with family and friends.
