Professional experience

Lindsey Carter is an Assistant Vice President, Senior Transaction Manager in the Irvine office. Lindsey started her mortgage banking career in the Orange County office of Dwyer-Curlett & Co. and joined BWE in 2017. Prior to joining BWE, Lindsey was a Senior Real Estate Analyst with Grandbridge Real Estate Capital in Newport Beach. She received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship and Finance, and a Minor in Economics Studies from Chapman University.

Lindsey has over 13 years of experience in commercial real estate finance and the capitalization of all asset types including, but not limited to, multifamily, office, retail, industrial, hotels, mobile home parks, medical office, and self-storage properties. She is responsible for underwriting and processing loan transactions. Her duties include managing and facilitating the loan process from underwriting to loan closing through daily interaction with borrowers, capital sources, and third-party vendors.
