Professional experience

Linda Wills serves as Senior Vice President in BWE’s Phoenix office. Linda has had extensive experience in loan origination, underwriting, and project analysis, and development for over 40 years. For most of her career, Linda has worked on numerous HUD-insured projects including seniors housing, multifamily housing, and healthcare projects. Linda was formerly with Paragon Mortgage Corporation in Phoenix, Arizona for over 30 years where she served as Senior Vice President and Chief Underwriter. Prior to that, Linda worked in Minneapolis, Minnesota for two commercial mortgage banking firms and a real estate attorney/developer for approximately 10 years. Linda has held officer positions with lender associations and has spoken extensively on various lending topics.
