Lilla Swanson serves as Senior Vice President and Originator located in BWE’s Phoenix office. Previously, Lilla served as Vice President at Paragon Mortgage responsible for marketing and loan origination. Lilla brings 30+ years of experience as a former senior level executive for multiple Fortune 500 Companies – Miller Brewing Company, Pepsi-Cola, Frito-Lay, M&M Mars and Xerox Corporation. Lilla has the ability to successfully problem-solve complex financial transactions with attention to client-focused outcomes.

Previously responsible for $200 million in sales and $60 million in marketing and promotions, combined with multiple years managing mergers and acquisitions for 13 western states for the Miller Brewing distribution network, Swanson utilized Discounted Cash Flow Modeling and 5-year pro forma to determine the range of value and worked with buyer and seller to a mutually acceptable term sheet.
