Professional experience

Leighton Fisk is a Vice President with more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate development, advisory, and capital markets. He began his career in 1989 following completion of his Master of Real Estate Development, initially serving as a principal developer responsible for the planning, development, and stabilization of large-scale retail and industrial projects. He subsequently spent 15 years advising national companies on optimizing their real estate portfolios across the United States.

For the past 15 years, Leighton has specialized in mortgage banking, structuring debt and equity capital solutions for commercial real estate portfolios and individual assets. His experience spans multiple property types nationwide, with transactions totaling several billion dollars in capitalizations.

More recently, Leighton has focused on seniors housing finance, development, and operations, and is now actively focused on affordable housing finance — supporting developers and owners with Agency, tax-exempt bond, and structured capital solutions to advance new development and preservation of affordable housing.
