Professional experience

Landon has close to 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate finance industry with expertise in Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac lending platforms. Before joining BWE, Landon was a Senior Vice President and Director of Agency Production at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, where he was responsible for all front-end sizing and structuring efforts for an annual $4-$5 billion in potential agency volume. Prior to that, Landon was Vice President and Chief Underwriter at Grandbridge, managing a team of 8-10 employees, and overseeing the underwriting of $500 million to $1.1 billion in annual Fannie Mae loans and $1.5 billion to $2.5 billion in annual Freddie Mac loans.

Landon began his CRE career at Collateral Mortgage as a Senior Real Estate Analyst where he underwrote conventional multifamily deals as well as MHCs, Affordable and Seniors Housing loans.
