Lakisha has over 21 years of experience in asset management and commercial real estate. As the Director of Asset Management Agency, Lakisha oversees asset management operations for the Agency portfolio.
Prior to joining Bellwether, Lakisha spent over 21 years at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital specializing in asset management. During her tenure she held various roles in asset management across multiple lending platforms including CMBS, Fannie Mae, FHA and Freddie Mac and served as a member of the Servicing Leadership Team. Her background includes portfolio oversight, loan administration, property financial analysis and inspections, credit risk analysis, borrower consent request underwriting, maturity management, and distressed loan asset management.

Lakisha received her Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Alabama. She also holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and is a graduate of the MBA Commercial Real Estate Future Leaders Program.
