Professional experience

Kyle has over 17 years of experience in commercial real estate finance and capital project consulting with the following focus:

New loan production on stabilized commercial real estate assets including multi-family, retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use assets.

Primary lending relationships include Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, Life Insurance Companies, and CMBS as well as national and local banks.

Specialized capital project consulting incorporating various public and private structured finance solutions including tax increment financing, industrial revenue bonds, and New Markets Tax Credit.

Kyle is solutions-driven and understands that every project is unique. He brings a very hands-on and focused approach to providing customers with the best possible financing outcome.

Prior to BWE, Kyle spent two years as a production analyst with Bank of America’s Southeast Production Team in Atlanta and two years as a production associate with JP Morgan’s CMBS platform, also in Atlanta.
