Professional experience

Kevin has over 25 years’ experience in the commercial mortgage banking industry. He served as Managing Director at Wells Fargo Commercial Mortgage and predecessors before the company was acquired by BWE. Kevin has structured and closed nearly $5 billion of commercial real estate debt transactions all over the country with various capital buckets including life insurance companies, agency, CMBS, debt funds and banks. He has completed financings on multifamily, industrial, office, retail, manufactured housing, hospitality, and parking assets. Additionally, he has negotiated discounted payoffs and debt restructurings.
