Professional experience
Kelly has nearly 30 years of experience in commercial real estate finance and is responsible for originating commercial real estate loans in the Southeast.
She began her career in corporate banking at Wachovia and transitioned into mortgage banking in 1996 via Wilson & Nolan, which was later acquired by Grandbridge Real Estate Capital.
Kelly joined BWE’s predecessor company Capital Advisors in 2010 and has originated over $2 billion in loans during her tenure with these companies.
