Professional experience

Katie joined BWE as an Analyst in 2021 and currently serves as Senior Transaction Manager on BWE’s Columbus production team. In this role, she is involved with transactions from start to finish. She oversees the underwriting and marketing of new financing opportunities across all asset types while developing and maintaining relationships with borrowers and lenders to ensure a seamless process for all parties through closing. Since joining BWE, Katie has been involved in the underwriting and closing of more than $1 billion in debt transactions with various capital sources including government agencies, life insurance companies, banks, and conduits.
