Professional experience

Jon is a Vice President at BWE and joined the company in 2019. Jon’s role at BWE includes building strong borrower and lender relationships, managing financing opportunities, and overseeing the closing process. He has experience with all property types and advises clients with property valuations, market analysis, and underwriting for financing.

Jon began his real estate finance career in 2005 with a commercial real estate appraisal firm.  He quickly became a well-regarded valuation expert focusing on complex valuation assignments for financing and real estate tax analysis. During his tenure as a commercial real estate appraiser, Jon managed a team of valuation professionals and completed nearly 2,000 appraisal assignments in 30 states.
