Professional experience

Joe Galosic is a Vice President and Originator in BWE’s Irvine, CA Office. His role at BWE includes sourcing and underwriting new debt and equity opportunities, as well as maintaining existing borrower and lender relationships. Since joining BWE in 2018, Joe has been involved in more than $2 billion in multifamily and commercial real estate financings during his career.

Properties financed include multifamily, Manufactured Housing Community (MHC), industrial, self-storage, office, retail, and hospitality.

Capital sources include life insurance companies, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, pension funds, debt funds, banks, private lending ventures, and CMBS lenders.

Prior to his current role, Joe worked in BWE’s Agency Analytics/Structuring team where he was responsible for the front-end underwriting and preliminary sizing of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac conventional loans originated in the Western Region.
