Jim Swanson is an Executive Vice President with BWE’s Phoenix, Arizona office, specializing in multifamily and healthcare loan structuring and origination. Prior to joining BWE, Jim co-founded and was President of Paragon Mortgage Corporation, a Phoenix-based mortgage company founded in 1987. During Jim’s tenure leading Paragon Mortgage, his team arranged over $3 billion in FHA-insured mortgage loans and built long-standing relationships and friendships with many of his clients, which he has been working with since the inception of Paragon. Paragon specializes in FHA Insured multifamily and healthcare financings.
