Professional experience
Jeffrey Parrillo is a Transaction Manager at BWE, responsible for structuring and closing 4 percent Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) opportunities for BWE’s direct bond purchase program. Jeffrey joined the company in 2020, and in addition to his focus on tax-exempt bond financing, he has experience with Fannie Mae Multifamily Affordable Housing (MAH) and Freddie Mac Targeted Affordable Housing (TAH) transactions.
Prior to joining BWE, Jeffrey worked at a New York based property management company where he was responsible for brokering sales and rental transactionsm as well as managing property renovation projects on behalf of clients.

Jeffrey received his B.S. from Georgetown University and his M.S. from the Schack Institute of Real Estate at New York University.
