Professional experience

Jeff is a Senior Vice President and Principal at BWE and joined the company in 2009. Jeff’s role at BWE includes building and maintaining borrower and lender relationships as well as sourcing and underwriting new financing opportunities. Since 2009, he has structured, underwritten and closed debt transactions totaling in excess of $1 billion with various capital sources including life insurance companies, commercial banks, conduits and government agencies including Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae. Jeff has provided financing on behalf of customers for various property types including multifamily, office, self-storage, industrial, retail, and parking facilities.

Jeff started his real estate career while attending Ohio University. During college, he became a licensed real estate agent and worked for Larry Conrath Realty. While at Larry Conrath Realty, he focused on investment sales and property management.
