Jaima Lawrence is Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of BWE and is responsible for creating and accelerating the company’s marketing strategy and brand recognition across the country. She leads an experienced team of marketing strategists focused on planning, developing, and executing BWE’s marketing and advertising initiatives.

Prior to her role with BWE, Jaima was Head of Retirement Marketing at J.P. Morgan Asset Management. During her 10+ years with this firm, she was instrumental in driving the strategic growth, brand engagement, and marketing promotions of a $250+ billion business. Jaima began her career with Nationwide Insurance where she drove marketing strategy and campaigns to support the growth of the property and casualty, bank, and retirement businesses.
