Professional experience

Greg is Senior Vice President and Managing Director of BWE’s Loan Production Team in Louisville, serving Kentucky and Southern Indiana and has been in the commercial real estate mortgage banking business since 1983.

Over the last four decades, he has originated over $6 billion of commercial real estate transactions throughout the country utilizing various Life Insurance Companies, Pension Funds, Wall Street-based Capital Market (CMBS) firms, Government Agencies including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and FHA/HUD, Private Debt Funds and Commercial Banks and Credit Unions.

Greg has structured equity, debt, and joint venture transactions for various real estate investors, developers, corporations, universities, and private equity firms.  He is experienced in all property types, including multifamily, industrial, retail, office, self-storage, hospitality, senior housing, manufactured housing, golf courses, marinas, and mixed-use assets.
