Professional experience

Grant is a Transaction Manager and member of BWE’s Loan Production Team in Louisville, serving Kentucky and Southern Indiana. He is responsible for underwriting and closing loans on all types of commercial real estate including multifamily, industrial, retail, office, self-storage, hospitality, senior housing, manufactured housing, and mixed-use assets.

Grant’s portfolio of lenders includes various Life Insurance Companies, Pension Funds, Wall Street-based Capital Market (CMBS) firms, Government Agencies including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and FHA/HUD, Private Debt Funds and Commercial Banks and Credit Unions.

A Louisville native, Grant joined BWE’s Agency team in 2021, where he underwrote more than $1.5 billion of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac debt nationwide across 100+ deals.  Prior to joining BWE, Grant built a strong foundation in finance through roles in investment banking at Lincoln International and commercial credit at Berlin Packaging in Chicago. He is also proud to have spent time in Thailand teaching English.
