Professional experience

Grant joined BWE as a Senior Transaction Manager in 2024 where he focuses on managing relationships with clients as well as our network of lenders across the capital stack including GSE, Life Company, Bank, CBMS, Debt Fund and other capital sources.

Prior to joining BWE, Grant was a Director at Walker & Dunlop where he worked to provide a full range of debt and equity solutions to commercial real estate developers, owners and investors across the Midwest and United States. Before becoming a part of Walker & Dunlop his team operated as a private mortgage banking firm under the MSF header. Here Grant served as the VP of Underwriting, overseeing all debt and equity underwriting at the company.

He started his career in commercial real estate career at a local reputable appraisal firm as an analyst and then as a staff appraiser. During his time here he earned his Ohio State Certified General Appraisal license which he still maintains.
